ORDERING
The easiest way to order is through the shopping basket. You get a confirmation message of order automatically to your e-mail if the order has come through. We try to deliver orders at once, within one day. After the order has been handled and delivered, we will send you another e-mail message with delivery confirmation number. Delivers under 500 grams have no confirmation number.
If you are under 18, you must have guardian permission to order.
The internet page shows if the product is available at the time of ordering. If our store has temporarily run out of the product you want, we deliver it immediately when we get more products and without handling charges. So, we do not charge on backordered items. Normally, delivering time is 1-3 weeks. We notify about the estimated delivering time by e-mail.

Write down the product names exactly as they are on the internet page - so we avoid misunderstandings. Every product has its own order number, which you have to use when placing an order. The numbers are enough, but you can also add product names with, if you want.

If you are a professional performer, create an account and tell us your association. You get 10-20% discount on our products.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.
Returns
Right of exchange and return accordant with consumer protection policy relates to all our products, except magician equipment, books and DVDs because part of the products price is in the secret of the trick. We naturally exchange faulty magician products to new ones without refunds.
Prices include the value-added tax (22%, books 8%). Prices are related only to the batch that is now in store. We reserve the right to make changes in prices without other announcement, if the purchase prices or the rate of exchange changes.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
We add handling charges 15€ to each delivery.
We deliver shipments by post or DHL.
Pick-up delivery:
You can pick-up the ordered products from our store in Kouvola and pay them there. You get a detached e-mail confirmation about pick-up order when it’s ready. From that moment you have one week time to pick-up the products you ordered.
TAX FREE
If you live outside European Union, you get return of value-added tax from frontier station.
